In Ensembl, the table is written using javascript code. is there anyway to retrieve this table using programming... since this table is hidden in the source code
What are you after ? If you need data from Ensembl there are much better ways. Or do you want the javascript code that writes tables ? In this case, just ask the Ensembl developers.
You could use ensembl API.
