Hello guys I am asking to many question but today my mentor asked me :How would I confirm the role of a target gene from microarray analysis system?
We are using microarray and making mutant gene research.

Have you researched the answer yourself? The literature is abundant with information. If you want to make it as a researcher, you'll have to learn how to conduct literature reviews independently. Look at job apps and one thing that's always mentioned is independent thinker / worker.
yes you are right but I have to find it as soon as possible. If I learn what I have to find I think I can study effectively.
