Error installing programs with brew. brew doctor error too

MY Mac will not install any program and I don't know why. it seem to be supper messed up and I need help. I am new to the forum and Bioinformatics as well. for instance, to install samtools, I get the following error.

Run: brew install homebrew/science/samtools

But why do I still get errors when I run the command brew doctor?

Not sure. It's not really a bioinformatics issue at that point though, so you could search Superuser, perhaps, and post a question there.
