If I knock in the cDNA of a gene (with a constitutive promotor) into the genome of a cell line, will it be transcribed and translated to result in the same final protein as the normal variant of the gene?

For example, here is the cDNA sequence of actin beta: (Retrieved from: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/60 ) ACCGCCGAGACCGCGTCCGCCCCGCGAGCACAGAGCCTCGCCTTTGCCGATCCGCCGCCCGTCCACACCCGCCGCCAGCTCACCATGGATGATGATATCGCCGCGCTCGTCGTCGACAACGGCTCCGGCATGTGCAAGGCCGGCTTCGCGGGCGACGATGCCCCCCGGGCCGTCTTCCCCTCCATCGTGGGGCGCCCCAGGCACCAGGGCGTGATGGTGGGCATGGGTCAGAAGGATTCCTATGTGGGCGACGAGGCCCAGAGCAAGAGAGGCATCCTCACCCTGAAGTACCCCATCGAGCACGGCATCGTCACCAACTGGGACGACATGGAGAAAATCTGGCACCACACCTTCTACAATGAGCTGCGTGTGGCTCCCGAGGAGCACCCCGTGCTGCTGACCGAGGCCCCCCTGAACCCCAAGGCCAACCGCGAGAAGATGACCCAGATCATGTTTGAGACCTTCAACACCCCAGCCATGTACGTTGCTATCCAGGCTGTGCTATCCCTGTACGCCTCTGGCCGTACCACTGGCATCGTGATGGACTCCGGTGACGGGGTCACCCACACTGTGCCCATCTACGAGGGGTATGCCCTCCCCCATGCCATCCTGCGTCTGGACCTGGCTGGCCGGGACCTGACTGACTACCTCATGAAGATCCTCACCGAGCGCGGCTACAGCTTCACCACCACGGCCGAGCGGGAAATCGTGCGTGACATTAAGGAGAAGCTGTGCTACGTCGCCCTGGACTTCGAGCAAGAGATGGCCACGGCTGCTTCCAGCTCCTCCCTGGAGAAGAGCTACGAGCTGCCTGACGGCCAGGTCATCACCATTGGCAATGAGCGGTTCCGCTGCCCTGAGGCACTCTTCCAGCCTTCCTTCCTGGGCATGGAGTCCTGTGGCATCCACGAAACTACCTTCAACTCCATCATGAAGTGTGACGTGGACATCCGCAAAGACCTGTACGCCAACACAGTGCTGTCTGGCGGCACCACCATGTACCCTGGCATTGCCGACAGGATGCAGAAGGAGATCACTGCCCTGGCACCCAGCACAATGAAGATCAAGATCATTGCTCCTCCTGAGCGCAAGTACTCCGTGTGGATCGGCGGCTCCATCCTGGCCTCGCTGTCCACCTTCCAGCAGATGTGGATCAGCAAGCAGGAGTATGACGAGTCCGGCCCCTCCATCGTCCACCGCAAATGCTTCTAGGCGGACTATGACTTAGTTGCGTTACACCCTTTCTTGACAAAACCTAACTTGCGCAGAAAACAAGATGAGATTGGCATGGCTTTATTTGTTTTTTTTGTTTTGTTTTGGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTGGCTTGACTCAGGATTTAAAAACTGGAACGGTGAAGGTGACAGCAGTCGGTTGGAGCGAGCATCCCCCAAAGTTCACAATGTGGCCGAGGACTTTGATTGCACATTGTTGTTTTTTTAATAGTCATTCCAAATATGAGATGCGTTGTTACAGGAAGTCCCTTGCCATCCTAAAAGCCACCCCACTTCTCTCTAAGGAGAATGGCCCAGTCCTCTCCCAAGTCCACACAGGGGAGGTGATAGCATTGCTTTCGTGTAAATTATGTAATGCAAAATTTTTTTAATCTTCGCCTTAATACTTTTTTATTTTGTTTTATTTTGAATGATGAGCCTTCGTGCCCCCCCTTCCCCCTTTTTTGTCCCCCAACTTGAGATGTATGAAGGCTTTTGGTCTCCCTGGGAGTGGGTGGAGGCAGCCAGGGCTTACCTGTACACTGACTTGAGACCAGTTGAATAAAAGTGCACACCTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Notice that the poly A tail is included in the sequence, would I need to remove the tail and replace it with a stop codon?

I just want to make sure that the sequence I have above contains all that is required to produce a fully functional actin beta protein product if knocked-in to the cell-line's genome.
