Off topic:FGF6 knock-out cells or mice phenotype change?

I am not experiment scientist. How should I do if I want to check the phenotype change for FGF6 knock-out cells or mice? Pay money to company to get this kind of mouse? any lab will have such mutation mice? Any suggestion?
