Respected all, What is the best softwares and procedure to model the 3d reconstruction of cytoskeleton from 2d confocal images stack data?

This may not be the most appropriate place for this kind of question though I can't think of a place to redirect you. Anyway, it depends on what you mean by "model the 3d reconstruction". Software provided by most confocal microscope vendors should allow you to do basic reconstruction. Otherwise, a commonly used software is Fiji. Alternatively, you have expensive software such as Amira, Imaris and Arivis 4D.

Hello Jean, Thanks for you answer. Actually i need to reconstruct the 3D model from the 7 stacks of confocal images as shown the gif in the link http://www.hi.helsinki.fi/amu/AMU%20Cf_tut/cf_tut_part2-3.htm. Therefore, let me please know if you suggest me more regarding this. Thanks
