There are a lot of such bacteria. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi

See the post

C: where can I get environmental bacteria genome in fasta format (as many as possib -

you can check some of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Go here ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/genbank/assembly_summary_genbank.txt

Cntr F and type 'Pseudomonas aeruginosa'.

I hope you will find some strains with plasmids. Many of them do not have plasmids.

I saw this paper: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27154587, these bacteria may have plasmids.

See also the following sources below, they may help.

PlasmID: a centralized repository for plasmid clone information and distribution

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1716714/

https://plasmid.med.harvard.edu/PLASMID/

These two above are old sources,

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3964992/

This one is from 2014. There is a site to search below.

Try it, I didn't find any plasmids for Pseudomonas aeruginosa - it took too long to finish.

Hi,

The list is non exhaustive but you can find here some plasmids : https://www.ebi.ac.uk/genomes/plasmid.html

For me the best way to do it, would be to build a list using keywords from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
