OMA Warning Unknown character U

Hello,

I just initiated an OMA run, and I get the following warning:

WARNING: Unknown character: U (in gi|1035271291|ref|XP_008310584.2| PREDICTED: selenoprotein O [Cynoglossus semilaevis], CYSEM pos 689) --> X

for almost all sequences. Can somebody tell me why U is an unknown character and how can I avoid this error?

U - selenocystein. As far as I know, OMA recognizes only 20 aminoacids. You have to replace U to cystein (C) in protein sequences.
