two peak in "GC distribution over all sequences"

hi in fastqc report of genome sequencing, i have two peaks instead of one.how i assemble these reads?can anyone help me?

I assume you meant to write peaks so I have corrected the post above. You could post a screen-cap of what the peaks look like. Unless you have reason to suspect that there is contamination you may be fine proceeding with the assembly as is. Sometimes in plants plastid genomes may present this type of 2-peak phenomenon, if I recall right.
