I have some multifasta files. Each file contains mixture of Complete and truncated sequences. I want that if more than one variant of any sequence are found (partial or truncated sequences) than only the longest one must be saved and others removed.
Given image is an example which is an alignment between two sequences (Just for understanding the condition). I have 15 files and each files contains about 500 sequences. I want to remove all truncated sequences from each file. So that I will have unique sequences only.
