Dear coders and bioinfo enthusiasts, I wanted to elucidate the effect of nucleotide context on Cap proximal nucleotides in the 5' transcript leader. I wanted to look at existing TSS data from CAGE, nano CAGE and DBTSS for this purpose. Does anyone have a quick idea/tool in mind to extract and manipulate the data of this kind?
