Hi, I am trying to build a sequence similarity network from denovo rna seq i did. the genes are from a species that is not found on web based tools. I've created something of a network in in EFI-EST , and load it on to Cytoscape. When i load it to cytoscape i have "edge table", "node table" and "network table". All those tables do not contain the information i need about number of counts/ expression levels in each tissue (there is a big excel table with all of this data ). How do i add this information to the networks/edge/node tables (i don't know to which one, i'm guessing the edge because it contains the relationships between the genes?) I can do it manually, load the info into a new column one contig at the time, but i have thousands of them is there a way to preload the data to network file/table ?

I would greatly appreciate some assistance

You can upload extra data as attribute file with File > Import > Table > File. Check the cytoscape manual on node and edge column data.
