cannot permanently delete a collection of data sets to retrieve the memory in GALAXY

Dear all,

Recently I have faced with a problem in permanently delete a dataset in GALAXY.

I need to delete it to increase my memory space that I need.

When I choose the "permanently delete", it asks me if I am sure to do this, but when I click Ok, nothing happends.

In addition in the deleted list of items I can only see "that collection has been deleted.

Can anybody guide me how to solve this problem?

Please post this over at Galaxy biostars. I assume you are referring to public galaxy at PSU?
