Hey, I managed to get vsearch running with my dataset but in the output it returns some empty lines like these: (see pastebin file at https://pastebin.com/8gP3R5NY)
At line 3 and 5 the score is 0 and the chimeric flag is N (no) while there is no data at all in the rest ofthe columns. Anyone got a clue? Might it be that the sample wasn't found in the reference DB?
