I have recently got access to a dataset from the EGA database. I am having problems understanding the true meaning of Sample ID and Accession ID mentioned. Eg: The dataset contains 20 matched tumor normal samples, but how do I make that out just from seeing the Sample Id and the Accession ID. Can someone please help? In the table below, which is the normal/tumor sample.
