I have two libraries made from the same biological samples. However, the first library is made with HinP1 enzyme and its a single end sequencing protocol and has been SE sequenced (150 bp reads). The second library is made with PstI-MspI enzymes and have PE sequences from it (75 bp reads). Is it possible to merge sequences from these two libraries? And if it is, how and at what step of the processing do I do it?
