I am new to GO analysis and someone helped to generate a list as given below. I am wondering how to generate such a file since I wasn't able to search GO terms individually as depicted in the file. I can mine the main GO terms through UniProt, however, for a list of all proteins the complete set GOs depicted as TRUE/FALSE is something I am not able to produce by myself. Please help

Have you taken a look at DAVID? - Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery? Although DAVID's typical output is not exactly like that, it is getting close.

From where did you obtain the files? - why not ask the source?

DAVID is not able to map all my UniProt IDs. It misses a lot of them. I have around 1000 proteins in each list and I have got 7 of them

Okay, and where did you obtain or see this data output? Did you inquire to the source?
