Err:510 in MISA tool

Dear all,

I am trying to identify microsatellites in my sample using MISA tool. I executed and got the results. But when I opened the .statistics file I got error 510. I searched in google but couldnt get that.

Specifications
Err:510
Sequence source file: "SO_6823_RP.fasta"
Definement of microsatellites (unit size / minimum number of repeats):

why I am getting that err: 510?

You don't provide enough information. What operating system do you use ? What command did you run ? Did you get any error message ?

OS: Ubundu Command : perl misa.pl file.fasta I did not get any error message. But in the output file, file.statistics I got this error 510

How did you open the file to look at its content ?

This looks like some other process has written to the file. MISA is a perl script and there's no way I can see for it to produce this.

EDIT: Another possibility is that the program used to open the file has an issue reading it.
