Looking for automatable database that links bacterial species to its characteristics (natural habitat, pathogenicity etc)

Hi, I have few hundred bacterial species that I would like to link to their characteristics (natural habitat, pathogenicity etc). It's not too convenient to search them one by one so I am looking for a database where you could query a list of species or genuses.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
