Hi,

Is anyone aware of a SV detection software which uses split read information only to make its calls (i.e. not using discordant pairs)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

David

First I answered assuming that he is using any long read technology, but from the question

discordant pairs

I assume he is using paired end reads

If you subset the Delly output to SV calls with the INFO:PRECISE flag then all these SVs are supported by split read information.
