Hello,

I am trying to perform a protein-protein docking and for what I have seen, Autodock4 (which is the only docking software I've worked with) is more for small ligand-protein dockings.

Do you know any reliable software that could serve me?

Thank you, Alejandra

I would suggest Hex or Haddock. But there are others. Maybe this list will help
