Hi, I am very beginner in the Bioinformatics and trying to draw circos plot using coding and non-coding genes of two closely related chloroplast genomes. Is it possible to draw circos diagram for non-coding genes by using Circa? If so, pls let me know. Thank you.
I believe that's commercial software, so you will not find a lot of users (here). The company should be able to help you.
