I am working on the pipeline development for determining the chromosomal aneuploidy, Where I have to choose the reference database and find the normalizing factor.
Where are you seeing the term "normalizing factor" in this context? One presumes this refers to either the expected ploidy and/or chromosome lengths, but it's impossible to know without context. Your reply should include a link to the tool or tools that you're using for this and that are asking for a normalizing factor.
