Amplicon sequencing taxonomy assignment

Hi,

I am currently stuck with taxonomy annotation in amplicon sequencing data analysis. Is there any amplicon sequencing data reference database for non ribosomal genes such as cytochrome b genes. Common database such as Silva does not cover my targeted genes (cytochrome b). Or is there any method/programs that enable us to create our own database.
