After ChIP, is there more DNA in treated samples than untreated control samples?

Hi Guys,

Just based on your ChIP-seq experience, do you usually see big variances of DNA amounts (nanodrop/picogreen readouts) between control and treated samples. I'm doing TF ChIP. Theoretically, there are more TF-bounded fragments in treated samples, so the DNA concentration after ChIP should be high. In contrast, the unstimulated control should have a low number of fragments to IP, so the nanodrop readouts should be low. Is it true in real case?
