Hello, i'm running RepeatModeler on mac os 10.9 and getting this error: "FastaDB::compact - Error could not locate file /Users/nathaliaramme/Downloads/RepeatModeler-open-1.0.11/RM_59378.WedApr111354522018/round-1/sampleDB-1.fa! at ./RepeatModeler line 569". I can see the folder is there. Any ideas? Att
Did you solve it? And how? I'm having the same issue.
