Different TCGA file IDs with same the Sample ID

Hi everyone,

I have recently downloaded miRNA sequencing data of LUAD project from TCGA. However, there seems to be some File IDs which corresponds to the same Sample ID. How should I handle them? Take the Average? Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is the same issue as per a recent question: Samples with same TCGA barcode in TCGA data

Here is the information for 3b13a55a-11a2-4120-867d-489a5d190c0d

They are 2 aliquots from the same biopsy. Please read the advice in the other question in order to decide what to do.
