Mapssembler2_extend Compilation Error

Hello,

I am trying to compile mapsembler2 and I got the following error:

Does someone knows how to resolve it?

(Note: I am using cmake/3.8.2, gcc/6.1.0 and hdf5/1.8.16).

I've got the same error when compiling mapsembler2. Has anybody found the fix?
