I recently installed MFEprimer-2.0 on Linux system (64 bit). I get the following error while running test data as well as custom data. "Error found when retrieving position values from indexed database Is the k-value right?" Cmd: user@user-Veriton-Series:~/MFEprimer$ python MFEprimer.py -i Primers.fa -d conc.rna -k 8 -o PRIMERS How do I go across this? Thanks in advance P.S. I did try with default k-value and then with adjusted k-value 8.
