This question leaves me puzzled. My first response that comes to mind is, it’s obvious isn’t? Then I got the feeling that if you have to ask this question you possibly shouldn’t be doing this. Finally, this is likely not even a bioinformatics question. Please explain.

You can take a look at the Genome In A Bottle project for this. Sequence data links are available on their GitHub page. The data is hosted at NCBI.
