Hello I want to know about 1.NGS data analysis pipeline. 2.Application of NGS in Variant analysis 3.Application of NGS in Genome Assembly 4. NGS in transcriptomic profiling 5.Reads mapping in RNA seq data Analysis and 6.Big Data techniques for NGS. I have to prepare a short and effective notes on these topics that must be ranging from 1 to 2 pages. I have searched and retrieved a lot of study materials and papers but i am little confused that are the key points that i should include that will provide an good impact . Please me suggest me some of the key points or topics or if there is any paper or study material which is very much confined about these topics please suggest me that.

Your question is more about the description of application and usage of NGS technology in different fields, and you know, it should be described in many books and different point of view instead of a Biostars post (my idea).
By the way, maybe you can benefit This and the key papers in each section, and also this for common applications.
