proteins.actions file of string

Hello!

I have downloaded proteins.actions file for homo sapiens from STRING db. The column names of the files are:

item_id_a item_id_b mode action is_directional a_is_acting score

How is it possible that in some cases "is_directional" is false and "a_is_acting" is true?
