Using Entrez Programming Utilities ( E-utilites)

Hello everybody. I've been looking around for a way to use the e-utilities but I couldn't find a way. I have created a key through my ncbi account, but I couldn't find where to insert it. I need a way to use the ncbi's API.

*I am creating a java project.(Looked up a jar, couldn't find anything)
