A5 pipeline problem with detect paired-end reads

Hi.

I use Velvet or A5 pipeline to reads-assembly, but the last moth I reboot my operative system the A5 pipeline doesn't work anymore. The problem is:

[a5] ERROR: Unable to identify any properly paired reads [a5] ERROR: Please check that you have provided at least one library of paired-end reads with names conforming to the Illumina read pair convention.

I really sure the reads are paired end, i tried with different reads (bacterial) and also executed in path and bin directory. Someone have the same problem?? or solution about this?.
