Existing Glycomics/Glycan databases with sugar modifications?

Does anyone know if there is a glycomics database with info on sugar modifications etc of proteins?

I have a few protein/gene names and would just like to get some indication of whether they're known to be glycated and whether the sugars have been identified.

Answering my own question (but not in a remotely exhaustive or even particularly thorough manner 😅):

As a reference for future search - a list from BiOkeanos - https://biokeanos.com/search?q=glycosylation+glycan&sortName=match&sortOrder=asc (adds to the ones you found).

I believe there are not many large-scale studies on Glycosylation.

Uniprot contains information on Glycosylation, although I think this is based mostly on computational prediction. See this page for more info: https://www.uniprot.org/help/carbohyd

KEGG has the GLYCAN database for glycan structures: https://www.genome.jp/kegg/glycan/ . I think the FTP data contains some annotation between genes and glycans, but I can't access it right now.

It's certainly a chronically understudied and poorly understood topic. Hopefully this thread will be full of ideas in a few more years ;)
