Hi everyone, I recently started using this tool for the detection of mobile elements insertion:

https://github.com/elzbth/jitterbug

I wanted to use it through the https://cgc.sbgenomics.com/ platform, but to do so the tool should be loaded on a docker container. I tried to load it by myself, unfortunately, without any success. I wondered if some of you guys would be so kind to make a jitterbug docker container, or help me making it.

Thank you very much in advance.

If they start supporting python3 then I or someone else can make a bioconda recipe for the tool. That will then result in a docker container being automatically created.
