It is a snomed-ct term for nutriional support. I am not sure if there are any genes associated with it as the description is "Therapeutic or Preventive Procedure" as per URL https://ncim-stage.nci.nih.gov/ncimbrowser/ConceptReport.jsp?dictionary=NCI%20Metathesaurus&code=C0242739

Nutritional support is not a disease, phenotype or trait, so there won't be genes associated with it.

However, there may be genetic associations for the underlying phenotypes/diseases that lead to the need of nutritional support in the first place e.g. chronic pancreatitis, alcohol dependence (aka alchohol abuse) malabsorption.

Thanks for your reply that means I can't find genes for any indications only diseases.. or there is a way to find genes that may be affected by indication
