How to use ART_Illumina to get fastq files?

Hello. I want to get FASTQ files to practice resequencing.I have installed ART_ILLUMINA in my computer but I don't know how to use it. What code do I have to write to get the fastq files? Can I get fastq files with patogenic SNVs? Thank you.
