Hi,

I am trying to get annotations for all my rsIDs. After analysis by BiomaRt, I found that not all of my rsIDs were annotated. I understand that some of the rsIDs are not in the genes, and for those SNPs that do not in the genes, my result table showed the rsIDs and kept the gene column blank. But how about the rsIDs did not be searched? I think those rsIDs are not included dbSNP database.

Here are a part of my rsIDs that not include in dbSNP:

rs11070086
rs733737
rs11923648
rs6920943
rs6758122
rs4373251
rs2471047
rs12182264
rs11153920
rs4856650
rs11077950
rs2761561
rs11684031
rs888509
rs2552040
rs3132337
rs4131818
rs8028396
rs11153570
rs12017712
rs12020931
rs7197679
rs9856207

What am I suppose to do with those SNPs?

Thanks in advance!

very first one: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?rs=11070086.

all rsIDs are associated with one or other versions of dbSNP, in general.
