Signal transduction protein database prokaryotes- MiST2 obsolete?

Hi all,

I am trying to find a database that identifies signal proteins in prokaryotes. It looks like MiST2/MiST by Ulrich and Zhulin has been decommissioned or is being overhauled (see http://next.mistdb.com), and I've been scouring the interwebs for something similar to not much avail.

Wondering if there are any other databases for identifying signal transduction proteins in prokaryotes? Something that perhaps can be used with BLAST or DIAMOND to query protein fasta sequences against the database to identify potential signal protein identity?

Thanks in advance.
