Can't open perl script "/nfs/users/nfs_t/tdo/Bin/ratt/main.ratt.pl": No such file or directory

Sorry the reference file wasn't generated corretly.

Is that an actual error that is being produced when you run the tool? Did you install the program yourself? At a high level the perl script being referred to is either not present or the file location (path) is not accessible on compute node (if you are running this on a cluster).

As mentioned by genomax, please make sure you have installed RATT correctly. Later, I can guide you how to run RATT for annotation transfer, and please provide more information what command you have run with files.

Hey! Did you try parsing to the path of the perl script?
