I have some RNAseq datasets from ENCODE and I'm looking to find the date which the sequencing was run. Is it possible to find this information in any of the sequencing files or must I search on the ENCODE website?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, cross posting is not the best way to answer your question, that could trigger some people in both community.(https://bioinformatics.stackexchange.com/questions/4583/find-the-date-that-sequencing-was-performed)

Anyway do you have a link to your data that we could investigate ?

Closest you can probably get from ENCODE is the day the data was submitted.
