Hello, for my project I'm analyzing the mutational outcomes of CRISPR-Cas9 cleavage.

Currently, I'm looking for as much target site sequencing data (i.e. sequencing of the targeted genomic loci after treatment) I can possibly find. So far I've searched extensively for data in the SRA and also looked for promising papers using Google Scholar, however I only managed to find 3 fairly small datasets. I'm mainly interested in in vivo experiments.

If someone knows other ways to search for this kind of data or can even point me to some specific datasets I would be very grateful.

Cheers
