Virtual Screening with autodockvina

Hi,

I'm try performed virtual screening with autodockvina but vina only accepted run a ligand at time. I will want run docking of a receptor with multiples ligands ( 10 ligand per run).

There is way for do it.

I've added a few tags - including a term for what you're trying to do ("virtual screening") and a tag for the tool you're using. I don't know autodock so my tags might still be less relevant, but not as irrelevant as "software error".
