Hi everyone
I followed some tutorials for my first RNAseq analysis. I generate the biologcal coefficient of variation figure and can't interpet it, if any one can give me any idea ? we have normal versus patients thanks
Did you read 2.8.2 and 2.8.3 from edgeR users guide? I don't think you can find a better explanation than that.
I did before posting the question, but can't map to the figure I have.
