Question: How to resolve kinship with the software "king" using GWAS genotyping data?

So how can you resolve the kinship using the king output file? For instance, how can you tell parent-child, monozygotic twins, full siblings, 2nd degree, 3rd degree, and unrelated from each other (using IBS0 + kinship)?
