Is perl running properly? Try running perl --version

Please use the formatting bar (especially the code option) to present your post better. I've done it for you this time.

Are you copy / pasting the exact error message? Is seems there is a break inside the file name path:

File path:

/home/crpgws1

Whereas it should be:

/home/crpgws1/GMATA/FINAL_BPdraftgenome_916_Single_line.fa
