I’m a chief developer of popular tcR package for TCR/BCR repertoire analysis in R (more than 11000 downloads). It’s been a while since I’ve updated the package, so I want to develop a new software tool. If you perform immune receptor repertoire analysis of any kind using any software, would you mind completing a survey on immune receptor repertoire analysis to help me understand what features should I definitely implement?
