Hi all, I'm looking for a tool that can produce a hierarchical clustering heat map to RNAseq data (with TPM values for instance). Is anyone familiar with something like that in Galaxy? or alternatively in some other available tool? (Preferably not in R or in command line, as I'm not fluent with these..) Thank you!

Here is Galaxy's tutorial for RNAseq. It does include a heatmap towards the end.
