Hi, as the title, where I can find GPL15314 annotation file? The platform tile is ' Arraystar Human LncRNA microarray V2.0 (Agilent_033010 Probe Name version)', so what's the meaning of Probe Name version? Does it means only probe name information in this platform with out lncRNA name? Can I use these probe name as the last output or I have to do annotation for it? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

If you click on the View Full table button at the bottom of the page for this platform on NCBI GEO you will find the annotation table.

thanks for replay, I have already checked this table, but I still cannot find any name of lncRNAs. The first column and second column are same. I found a paper use same platform, and I found a list and annotation of all differentially expressed lncRNAs in their results which I need to display in my analysis. However, I don't know how to get this.

If you found a separate set of annotations that look better than ones available from GEO you could merge them with your dataset (using the probe name as key).

Gemma appears to have an entry for this array type. If you click on the element tab you can see the annotations.
